「Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean. My only annoyance was we paid a head for breakfast for myself and my child- $18 each. He was able to order a kids meal which was French toast, eggs or cereal. I was able to order off the menu. All items were cheaper off the menu. Our meals included a drink, so I guess our bottled milk and juice were over $6. Food was good just order off the menu not pay ahead! This hotel had a great pool area!」

「STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! An absolute hell hole , have a “maintenance man” living in the parking lot . The fridge was broken and not fixed, the ac was broken and not fixed . The room claimed it accommodated 12 people but only accommodated 3 people . An the staff is a nightmare. Spent 400 for 2 nights and in the family room you’re only proved a microwave so we were grilling and they told us that it’s not allowed and made us cook elsewhere . Take your hard earned money elsewhere」

「The hotel was clean which was really the only perk. The front desk staff (at least the staff I spoke to, which was not everyone) was not friendly at all, in fact they were quite rude. I hated the fact that the curtains let all the light in around the outer edges & so they were not blackout. There was a rip in our curtains as well. Our second night, we had a VERY rude neighbor who was slamming their door & knocking incessantly at 2am. While this isn't necessarily the hotels fault, the walls were...

「This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly.」
