「The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.」

「It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. It was under renovations so it wasn't the best kept when you walked into the hotel. Our room was a little dusty, and the shower wasn't all that clean at least to me. Everything else was fine. Sheets and towels all seem to be clean.」

「The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...
