"The facilities are convenient, mostly geared towards the pool crowd though. The property is on an excelent location a short walk to Disney Springs so we focused on that. We had an issue of an amenity for a special ocassion, the concierge was not sure on how to manage but the front desk took care of it beatifuly and made sure we were happy. Greatly appreciated."

"Out stay was fantastic. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out. The staff are all very nice and helpful. The pool area was obviously my son’s favorite. There was staff cleaning the pools and hot tub, and the areas around, they are always friendly and ask you how you are. The Oasis pool bar was also great, food made to order, and delivered right to where you are sun bathing/sitting. My son loves the arcade, I thought it was a bit small and pricey but that’s expected for a vacation spot. The walk to Disney springs was easy and fast, 5 minutes! Would highly recommend and will stay here again (this was our second time here). "

"Never stayed off site for our Disney trips, but this was PERFECT. We will be staying here again. Loved the 4 minute walk to Disney Springs, and buses to the parks was easy (and free). Rooms are not "decorated" like onsite but that was not important to us. From our room (DS View) we could see Disney Springs, EPCOT (and fireworks) and Hollywood - that was really cool. The only complaint we could even say is the temp showed 68 but it felt warm at nights. so we used our small park fans to help with that. Not a deal breaker but if you are a warm sleeper bring a small fan. "
