"Very poor customer service We were there on a leisure trip. After 4 days we were informed that the pool and adjoining area would be closed and would not reopen for the duration of our stay. When we approached the front desk the manager was completely unsympathetic "

"Never disappointed when I stay at the Rove. Very clean, great location, excellent pool, gym and food. Grocery store right in the lobby even. The room was clean and an excellent view. The wifi was fast and easy to connect. Friendly staff thanks a lot I hope to be back :)"

" had a wonderful four night stay at Arabian Park, Dubai. The hotel was immaculate. My room on the sixth floor was kept clean & tidy by the lovely maids team who were on hand daily. The front desk staff were very attentive, always approachable & very helpful. They really couldn’t do enough to make my stay as pleasurable & memorable as it was. Breakfast was 5*. An amazing buffet with everything you could possibly want to start your day. Lovely waiter/waitress team too. Very attentive. It’s an 11/10 score from me. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel."

"Rude staff at pool side and waterpark. 3 people questioned if my newborn was wearing a swim nappy, then went on to ask why it looks swollen. Poor communication. Poor customer service. Manager did nothing to resolve apart from say sorry. We left early "
