"The staff were friendly and understanding with my daughter who is on the spectrum. The gentleman at the front desk made sure to know my daughter's name and greeted her by name every time we saw him. We felt very welcomed here. We stayed in a beachfront King room and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and the views were amazing! Loved sleeping to the sound of the waves. "

"I came in a weary traveler to the front desk, I was early could I park my car in the hotel parking lot and walk around, Yes Natalie said!! She also pointed out the rooftop bar that was open....let the relaxation begin. The rooftop bar needs some updating and love but it is on the roof! View was the ocean. Food was so so My room was amazing it was the individually decorated surf room! So cool so southen Calif looking. Very spacious room and bathroom was clean and updated. I also went walking and right next door was a place to get a facial and/or massage. I had a very needed walk on the beach which is just a few steps away. I will return. "

"Location is close to beach and parking is included in the rate, rooms are renovated and well appointed with comfy bed, excellent shower. We had a quiet room with a little sliver ocean view and could hear the waves. Sal is really nice and helpful about the trolly to festivals and restaurant options. Good for a quick overnight or cheap weekly stay a short distance from the super crowded main beach area. "

"The staff was amazing!! We had an issue with our reservation billing and they simply and calmly handled it for us. Continental breakfast was delicious and the coffee was fantastic. Not your typical hotel/motel experience. We felt catered to and treated as family. We were able to walk to the beach which was a 7 minute walk from door to beach. We will always book with this motel for our Laguna Beach excursions. "
