「This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I...

「First the parts I didn’t like. This was the apartment side of the hotel. We had a two bedroom apartment. There were two bathrooms. One had a shower, another had a tub with no shower, it was a surprise. They were both dark compared to the rest of the apartment which opened to a beach/ocean/lagoon view and very bright and beautiful. The apartment itself was quite dated and seemed to need a deep cleaning or five. The lights were bright florescent and not warm colors, made the whole apartment look...

「Rummet var väldigt ocharmigt. Känns som dom snålar in på allt. Poolen var och men ingen dusch eller toalett i anslutning. Opersonligt. Att sitta på balkongen och titta på havet var det bästa.」

「The apartment looks like it has not been used in a long time. The freezer is frozen and cannot be used. I understand that it’s a beach apartment with does not require A/C but the fan inside the living is not working and those in the bedrooms barely work either. There is no WiFi during the time of my stay at the apartment. I informed the host but she kept on saying that the WiFi is intact but it was not. It was out of bundle with required it to be reloaded. The host never replies email and when...

「The hotel in general is okay. However, I stayed there for 8 nights, and breakfast was the same each morning. Also, tooth brush, toothpaste, shaver, comb etc were not provided. While it is good for the environment, it would be inconvenient for visitors like me who was there for business.」

「The staff was amazing! The location was great. The cooked-to-order breakfast was wonderful. Tell them Tim sent you.」

「Westin standard. All good. Not walking distance to other place. But shuttle service to Water front is fine. Need uber to other places.」

「location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「酒店可以見到桌山，附近碼頭景色漂亮，步行去V&A wharf shopping mall非常方便。」

「Great location. Comfortable room」
