「It is a nice hotel. The staff is very helpful as I asked for a help and send me to the station. They can arrange with a good service. Staff is very friendly. So if you are a visitor and feel tired, you can stay a overnight after finished the shopping in Fidenza Village outlet. It will be a good option as it can have a very relax and quiet place. 「Hotel indicato per famiglie. piscina bellissima, camere pulite e servizio attento. Personale gentilissimo e cordiale, hotel consigliato!」

「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. All very good, location is so convenience. Love...
