「It is a nice hotel. The staff is very helpful as I asked for a help and send me to the station. They can arrange with a good service. Staff is very friendly. So if you are a visitor and feel tired, you can stay a overnight after finished the shopping in Fidenza Village outlet. It will be a good option as it can have a very relax and quiet place. 「we booked on the day that we travelled and i did not check email and host sent us email and asked what time we arrived but i missed it. Well take a bit to contact reception when we visited coz we are a bit late and phone not connecting very well. So, remember to check email before you go coz mostly europe hotel closed early at reception. The other day, we go down , all i can say is excpetional service from host and reception, even breakfast. 「Très bon accueil. Restaurant de l'hôtel parfait (repas du soir et petit déjeuner). Seul bémol, pour notre chambre, la douche un peu étroite...」
