The carpet in the halls could be replaced and the staff could be friendly and greet their guests as they come and go to make them feel more welcome. Otherwise nice stay."

"J'ai réservé ma chambre via Hotel.com à 23h38 étant en voyage et ayant besoin de faire une pause.
Une fois la réservation faite, j'ai essayé d'appeler l'hotel pour m'assurer que quelqu’un pouvait nous recevoir une demie-heure plus tard. Personne ne nous a repondu.
Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier de notre nuit d'hotel.
J'ai appelé le lendemain matin pour demander le remboursement vu l'impossibilité de séjourner.
Le propriétaire affirme qu'il me rembourserait et ensuite il n'y a rien qui se...
