「Staff were welcoming and personable. The room was spacious, and well-appointed --- also very open concept. The location was ideal for attending a concert at the Canada Life arena - its literally steps away. Parking was very handy across the street at the Covent Garden underground parking. The PIN locks on the main doors (afterhours) and actual hotel room doors worked well.(Its nice not to worry about a physical key) Really appreciated the "surprise" they left in the fridge. 「On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.」

「This hotel is reasonably priced and conveniently located near lots of amenities in South London. The bed was comfortable, and the room was reasonably clean. Some of the hotel features look tired and could use updating, including the room shower and sink. Overall, good value for money and I would stay again!」
