「Locating the hotel and obtaining parking is very difficult, especially when they have the only street into the hotel blocked off. Must carry your luggage to and from your parked car 15 minutes. Check in is 3pm. Our room was not ready until 4:30. It makes all the plans you have change due to late availability of room. Room was nice and large as was the bathroom. Beds a bit soft and low to the floor. Room was very quiet.」

「Always find this is an excellent hotel to stay at. Unfortunately did not quite meet that standard this time. We had a room that looked out to the restaurant this time. It was quiet by about 11pm but you could hear music playing at 6am the next morning while the staff prepared the breakfast room. I went looking for an ice machine and finally had to ask at the desk. They are available at every odd floor starting at the 5th floor. After checking a few floors I found the only one that was working...

「Enjoyed our stay. Beautifully thought out decor and the room was very clean. Chose this place because of the Children's Museum right above in the same building. Very good if you have kids and dont want to jump into your car to find entertainment and food. It's all in one building.」

「On Expedia, it writes $52 one night, but when you be there, they said the cheapest there is $75 one night. Plus, the blankets there stinks.」

「I put $100 deposit and i called today for the third time and they said its been processed from their and .But i didn’t get it back on my visa , and its since long weekend easter in April .First and last time I stayed here .」

「So much nostalgia staying here. If you’ve ever stayed in residence in college or university, this will take you right back. It’s not your high end hotel, but it was clean, quiet, comfortable and affordable. I did have issues finding it, since the signage was blown over, but I did get a hold of someone promptly who helped me. Front staff was wonderful as well.」
