"Lovely people, great for smokers as there are a few smoking rooms avaliable. Its not a great area but the bed was clean and the shower was hot. Only complaint was that I was there on a holiday I wasn't aware of and no one notified me of fireworks at nearly 11pm. This frightened me as i didn't know what was going on, but all by laws were followed and it was done by 11. Thank you for an affordable stay and the good housekeeping of an older building. "

"Absolutely perfect. Not the Hilton, not paying for a Hilton. Two rooms for parents and teen for $85 and $95 a night in a clean room with two bathrooms is a steal. We were in London visiting friends who have a small house. Having the residence as our accommodation was perfect. Staff were super friendly. Double beds in room fit my husband and I nicely. Will stay again. "

"We had a great stay at this location. The rooms look modern and newly renovated. The rooms were clean and fresh. We were at an event close by and the staff was very accommodating with allowing us to leave our car parked for few hours after we checked out. The breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of food and the kitchen staff went above and beyond to help guests, keep breakfast area clean and had hot food coming out quickly. Especially because there was an event happening so...
