"The staff was amazing! The receptionists, cleaning crew, restaurant workers, etc., were all kind and helpful. Also, the location, right near the ocean, was awesome. If you enjoy being right next to the ocean, this is the place. Lastly, for being all-inclusive, I thought the food was pretty decent, not great, but decent. On the other hand, my room was definitely dated. The shower barely had any water pressure, and the mattress was very uncomfortable when sleeping on my back or side. My preferred positions. For reference, I am 6’1 and 180 lbs. Lastly, visitors are not allowed to see you at this hotel. Knowing the area a little, I believe that this a good rule. However, keep that in mind if you wish to see family or friends in the area. "

"Location great, staff wonderful. Beautiful setting. Lovely pool. Restaurant great. I can’t say enough about how much the staff made sure we enjoyed our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind. Carmelo in particular helped us settle in, get the car situated, made sure we knew where everything was. Angel at the front desk helped with general info and called to arrange a horse ride. We will go back!"

"The ocean was not visible but you can hear the waves crash Agatha shore. Very relaxing. Pool was clean. Staff were cool. Didn’t bother much on both ends. Secure area. "

Despite its quiet setting, it’s conveniently located within 10 minutes of restaurants, churches, and shops. The staff are exceptionally courteous and always ready to help, making the stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, and the atmosphere throughout the property is calm and relaxing—perfect for anyone looking to unwind without noise or crowds. Manager Ali and owner Miguel make an outstanding team. They clearly take pride in maintaining a clean, well-kept property while delivering excellent service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and tranquil stay."

"I was fooled by the 9.2 review and chose this place, even though it is very old and dirty, and we spent about two nights in the heat with two kids due to a broken cooling system. The internet was very weak and limited, and it would frequently disconnect, causing me to miss my online meetings. More than 90% of the meals were the same every day during our week-long stay. There were no special activities except for one pool table for the entire resort. More than 90% of the staff were very kind, nice, respectful and welcoming. Our suite was changed three times, the first because of water coming from the ceiling, the second because of the cooling system and broken beds, etc. For those who are sensitive to cleanliness and very old building, who follow a variety of foods, and who don't want to get bored after a few days, I don't recommend it at all."
