「My room was lovely, very clean, and comfortable. The room overlooked the pool - I was at the center of everything. The staff was so helpful and kind, from the driver (Luis) they connected us with to the wait staff, cook, bartenders, maintenance, and a welcoming reception. The food was absolutely lovely, fresh, and the taste was amazing! We celebrated my son's 11th birthday there. I can't wait to return. My one regret was that I had zero time to enjoy the yoga classes. But I will return soon.」

「The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. 」

Shower head full of mold, the floor was very dirty black, hot water was on and off, there was not light, walls very dirty, I couldn’t even shower that night, microwave was horrible filthy, bathroom didn’t have curtains and people from the beach were able to see me even though it was the third floor. the hallway and stairs outside the property didn’t have light at all which made it hazardous, I wanted to...
