「Excellent boutique hotel. Bathrooms are small but expected in a historical house/hotel. Wonderful continental breakfast and amenities. Can control the temp in room which is wonderful. Also neat sitting/working rooms on the first and second floor and access to by the glass wine at any time. Wonderful stay for our anniversary!」

「The place was lovely and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Old City gate on Rue St Jean, so everything in Old Quebec was walking distance, and we were also able to easily venture outside the Old City on foot to other restaurants, a jazz bar, the Grand Theatre to see the orchestra, etc. The apartment itself had good heating and cooling (we had a couple hot days, and a couple of nights that got chilly, so had the opportunity to use both a/c and heat). 「This property was beyond our expectations! It was right in the heart of history, art, culture and more! Easy walk to coffee, restaurants, artisan shops and a lovely walk (climb) to the historic Frontenac. The property is full of history and character but still offers all the modern amenities. Kitchen although we discuss it - was fully stocked if you choose to use. Bed was comfy and the large windows made the suite bright. Highly recommend! 」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...
