「This small hotel is perfectly located in an area full of excellent restaurants and interesting shops. It was easy to walk to all major sites. We selected one of the smallest rooms because we planned to be out most of three days of our visit. It had a very comfortable queen bed and a nice bathroom. A bonus we were not expecting was the beautiful lounge area with excellent coffee and fresh fruit available 24/7. Also had lots of books and games available」

「All the staff here are super friendly and welcoming. The interior is very new, clean, and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was surprisingly generous. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay!」

「The room was updated and of a good size. The bathroom spacious and updated. The location is pretty great (in the upper town). My main issue with the room was the lack of natural light, it is an old building so you hear upstairs neighbours/hallway noises and the pillows were hard on my neck. The breakfast was included but I was on business and the hours didn’t work for me. The breakfast was also in a basement room with no windows.」

「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Good location! Everything is like photo showed on Expedia booing page. It's clean and with all household facilities. We even used kitchen to prepare a simple breakfast. But there is no receptionist on the site, the booking style is more like short-term rental. If anything happened, don't know customer will get immediate help or not???? Suggest landlord should list the deposit pre-charge and inform people who is interested to book this loft to know the pre-charge deposit is 3 times than one...
