"Excellent central location in Reforma. 15min walk to Centro/Chinatown. Breakfast has wonderful variety of food, Starbucks in hotel, OxxO, 7-11, pharmacy nearby as well as a great taco place across the street."

"The roof top restaurant is amazing. Their tasting menu is on the verge of becoming Michelin star rated. A truly Mexican inspired tasting menu that explores indigenous roots. The hotel was built in the 17th century and is absolutely gorgeous. The complimentary buffet breakfast, 24 hour café with free food/beer and the historical zone tour are excellent amenities! My only complaint is the internet upload speeds could be much better. But otherwise will definitely stay here again when visiting Mexico City. It’s perfectly centrally located and ubers are extremely affordable to get around the city. For example; a 45 min uber ride only cost me £8. FYI traffic is horrible here. But this is a metropolitan city, it’s expected. "

"The hotel’s location was excellent. We were able to walk in Centro and it was convenient to get back to from other parts of the city. We were given likely the worst room in the hotel: 101. It had no exterior view as claimed in the listing. The window went to an interior shaft. The room laminate floor was never cleaned. The mattress was comfortable, but over-sized for the sheets. So, the bottom sheet never stayed in place. Multiple times we were awakened after 11pm by renovations in the hotel restaurant: drills, saws and hammers. When we reached out to the front desk, they did not think it was a problem. They promised to get back to us, and never called back to the room. We were given complimentary breakfast one day. It would not have been worth the extra cost. "

"This place was great. I booked somewhere else and had a last minute cancellation due to a plumbing issues and am so happy I did. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The place was very clean and the food was great. It’s also like 2 blocks from el Zocalo. Dupper safe too. My husband and I walked late in the evening and felt safe at all times. "

"If you want a cool lobby, book here. Staff is great and it's definitely a fancy place. I don't think for what you pay, the value is not great. Nothing is included, not even breakfast. No amenities, the snack bar is lacking and there is no bar. This is a cool place to stay for a night, but I would've booked elsewhere for a longer stay next time. "
