「Excellent and friendly front desk service. A little disappointed by every other day room service. A two night stay meant no room service at all. No new towels is fine, but it would be nice to have the bed made up and the waste baskets emptied. 」

I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"...
