「The young man who checked us in was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room wasn't very nice. Sink - water went down very slowly. It is understandable that it's an older building but the general cleaning was very poor. 」

「Great walkable location to upper and lower Quebec and also nice longer walks to various neighborhoods and museums. Loved being near a large park. Staff were very helpful when there was a minor problem with the TV. Enjoyed our chats with them. Easy to park our rented car for a few days and easy to get out of Quebec from our location. 」
