「The building is impressive, our room was large and clean. There were nice touches such as slippers, bath robes and toiletries. The lounge areas were deserted on the first day of our stay , giving the whole place the ambiance of a museum. The following day saw an influx of guests and the life of the place lifted considerably. There are cards and board games available but you needed to ask as nothing is offered. Breakfast was confusing, there was a standard and uninspiring continental breakfast...

L’hôtel, vu de l’extérieur, est bien entretenu et les chambres étaient correctes. 「Great location in central Arras. Our room was on the 2nd floor but we could only take the lift to the first floor and then had to walk up a flight of stairs. The room was very comfortable however we were surprised that we had to request for the room to be cleaned on a day to day basis, so if we didn’t ask the bin was not emptied and coffee and tea were not replenished.
