Perfect for a 5-night stay. We were able to explore Kyoto and take day trips, unwind in our room and then go out again at night. In-room laundry is awesome.

Quaint and comfortable place to stay. It felt more like an apartment than a hotel, which I really liked. Being able to do laundry during my trip was a big plus. Great location—close to trains and all the main attractions in Kyoto.

Fantastic hotel in a great location! The room was much larger than expected and all amenities were great. The area is very convenient and we found some of our favourite places to eat very close by.

Property was about a 10 min walk to a good shopping area. Rooms were very clean, but a bit on the small side if you have large suitcases and use the sofa bed.

This hotel was perfect for our stay. The room was clean and came with a kitchenette and washing machine w/ 2 soap pods. The bathroom was more roomy than the other hotels we’ve stayed at. The room temp was adjustable and able to keep up with our needs. The bed and bedding were comfortable providing a good nights sleep. It was close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Kyoto. The hotel concierge were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious enough for two people and I liked that we had a little kitchen area as well as a washer. Train station was nearby and location of hotel itself was central to a lot of the touristy spots we were visiting. Added bonus of having a Yamato luggage service directly across from the hotel (which I did not find out until right before our trip)!! Would definitely stay again when visiting Kyoto!

The staff was helpful with holding our bags prior to check in, and even brought hem to our room for us. The room itself was a bit tight for four, and they had a shelf at forehead height in the walkway area that could have been a bad head bump if you get up in the night to use the bathroom.

Very good hotel for family with small kids, the room amenities are great, kitchen, washing machine and bathroom dryer are in good condition, recommended!! The bus stop is only 5 steps from the entrance. They have tv in the bath tub, very cool

It was a very convenient location, good for the price . Everyone was very polite . The only thing we missed were the Japanese pijamas the other places usually provide ! (I guess because we used an “apartment room” ) other than that it was great .

This company has check-in at a guest centre located a short walk from Kyoto Station where the staff were multi-lingual and very helpful and kind. We were able to leave our bags until check-in and also book a free shuttle service to our accommodation. The room itself and the beds were quite comfortable, and having a washing machine was awesome. This location in particular is quite close to some great places to eat and its about a 10 minute walk from Shijo station which gets you pretty much anywhere else. Great place to stay!!

Great location and comfortable sleep

The room is small yet not so uncomfortable. Although the towels aren't replaced daily, the service and consumables are still enough for my friends. Location is great. There is a small bus stop right before the hotel and a major bus stop (also the subway station) two blocks away. Staff is kind and tolerant. The biggest problem is definitely check-in. The place where you check in is around Kyoto station, while the place where you sleep is near Shijo station. There are shuttle buses, but it only departs every one hour in the afternoon.

The apartment was very good, well located, and in a good building. Cons: check in is in another location, and there is no room service (cleaning the room) during the days that we were there. We were not able to activate the electric stove. I suggest to include instructions only for the electric stove. Overall, it is a great place, and the staff at the central location very helpful and kind. thanks
