I booked two rooms for eight nights, and the staff made the whole experience incredible, they were all very warm, polite, and professional. Their consistency and sincerity easily take this 3-star property to a 5-star level. The people here really made our stay memorable. Food was top-notch, both à la carte and buffet breakfast 10/10. The property is fairly new and doesn’t serve liquor yet (permit pending). The gym’s a bit small but nicely done, and the only real downside was the lack of AC in the lobby. You’ll need to be in your room or the restaurant to cool off. I did notice a few cockroaches and mosquitoes near the pool, though pest control was already scheduled. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely book here again next time I’m in Kuta.
