The hotel offered excellent value for money, the room was good, the Aircon worked properly and the shower was hot. The swimming pool was great. Downside things were, the shower floor was very slippy when wet and the noise of the music from the restaurant next door could be heard at night.

Good location, nice room, bit noisy at night

This was a beautiful room and nice bathroom, comfortable bed and spacious room. But there was a lot of noise from a club nearby till 3am. The hotel restaurant is very good and good prices. Staff was a bit delayed on check in. Decent hotel pool. Overall good stay aside from the noise at night. It’s about a 5 min bike taxi to main Katu beach. Wifi was so so.

Stayed here for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was spacious and clean and staff always helpful and friendly. Great location with easy access between Kuta Beach, Double Six, Legian and Seminyak. The only drawbacks were the constant music every night. I stayed for a month so after the first week I started to tune it out unless it was just awful singing or extra loud. The wifi never worked but I didn’t mind because I worked from a coworking space that was nearby. Lastly the on-site restaurant was closed but there is a limited room service menu and breakfast is available.

Decent hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean with bottled water, coffee/tea replenished daily. Wifi okay but often intermittent or non-existent. Ants in the room which increased daily although I didn't leave food lying around. My room was unfortunately located right near the busy street with a restaurant that had live music nightly which ended at midnight. Would be good if the hotel soundproofed those particular wall for future guests.

We were really looking forward to our stay at Bloo Bali Hotel, but unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. The pictures we saw online were misleading, particularly regarding the room’s lighting and space. We booked a room for four people, but it was cramped with no closet or storage space. The mirrors in the room were warped, making it difficult to use them. To make matters worse, the air vents were leaking ash or dust, which was unsettling. Housekeeping was another major issue. During our stay, the rooms were not properly cleaned. Housekeeping simply made the beds with the same sheets for our entire stay, and on some days, they didn’t even show up. Towels weren’t replaced, and the old ones were left hanging. They didn’t wipe down tables or take out the trash unless it was literally on the floor and in the way. The noise was unbearable, with a loud live band playing rock music until 3 AM most nights right across the street. The hotel wasn’t upfront about this or other issues, like the single room key policy and potential extra charges for lost keys or stained sheets. While the room was fair— meaning no bugs and had hot running water, it didn’t match our expectations. The complimentary iced tea and WiFi were nice, but not enough to make up for the overall experience. On a brighter note, we did enjoy the location being fairly close to amazing food and Seminyak Beach. The front desk was also very nice, however, this stay wasn’t ideal for what was advertised.

모기 때문에 잊을 수 없는 호텔입니다

비행 시간으로 새벽에 체크인을 했습니다 너무 피곤했는데 일찍 잘 수가 없었어요 룸문을 여는 순간 온데 모기가 날아다니는데 옷장이며 방이며 욕실까지 까만 모기들이 정말 말로 표현할수 없을 정도로 많았어요 자기 전까지 백마리도 넘는 모기를 잡을 것 같습니다 거짓말이 아닙니다 정글에 있는 기분이었어요 직원은 지금이 우기라서 그렇다는데 오랫동안 방치된 방을 준 것인지 모기 때문에 쉽게 잠을 이룰 수 없었어요 근처 마트 가서 모기약을 사다가 뿌리고 새벽 4시가 되서야 잘 수 있었습니다ㅠㅠ 5일을 머무르면서 모기 잡고 욕실 청소하다 온 기분이 듭니다 헤어 드라이어는 요청하면 주는데 바람이 아주 약해요 건조대도 빌려주는데 몇 개 없는지 저희는 요청했으나 이미 없다고 해서 사용하지 못 했습니다 조식은 요기 정도 하신다고 생각하면 됩니다 조식 가격이 워낙 저렴하니 많은 기대를 안 하시는 게 좋을 것 같습니다 길 건너면 식당들이 많이 있습니다 그랩을 이용하면 꾸따 비치까지는 10~15분 정도 걸립니다 근처에 세탁소가 있어서 이용했는데 5kg에 44000Rp였습니다 체크 아웃하면서 수영 가방을 두고 왔는데 보관해줘서 나중에 찾아올 수 있었습니다 다음에는 다른 호텔에 묵고 싶네요^^;;;

Good location to find food!

The hotel actually is nice and good overall but i can't stand with the noise at 5am in the morning from other guest! And when i call housekeeping to clean up my room,how could they give me the plastic bag to cover up the dustbin by myself! i'm the guest! But if you want to find food along the street,this hotel is recomended.

발리 도착해서 하루 이용했습니다. 공항에서 가깝고 조식도 가격대비 괜찮았습니다. 또한 직원들 응대도 매우 좋았습니다. 다만 시설이 낙후하여 일인용 침대와 화장실 청결도가 좀 좋지 않았습니다. 가족여행 보다는 혼자 여행할때 이용하기 편할 것 같습니다.

Hotel non centrale e per muoversi occorre contrattare sempre con i driver! Colazione sempre con le stesse cose per nulla adatta a noi occidentali. Stanze senza asciugacapelli ,senza un po’ posto dove poter stendere le cose ad asciugare. Molto rumoroso anche i clienti sono molto rumorosi a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Spesso non trovavamo gli asciugamani per la doccia e occorreva chiamare e dopo più di 20 min arrivavano ! Pieno di zanzare !

Food lovers paradise

Plenty of restaurants along the same road and a couple of good coffee and breakfast across the road. A good walk to Legian/ Kuta or a quick taxi ride to Seminyak areas.
