The staff were really friendly (Rudi and juni ) i can only remember 2 names now and the food on the bar was really great . I quite liked the swimming pool too.

Dirty, ants, nothing like the picstures. The place is basically fally apart, we only booked to stay for 6hrs, so we could leave our bag, worst place, noisey, kids pool area deck fally apart, and kids play area is grimey and for babies, not kids, should be named baby club, and even so too dirty to put your child. Looks too old to be made in 2015, more like renovated from a exisiting motel. Avoid waste of money. Lucky we didnt have to sleep there

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in! We didn’t get the room I originally booked, so on arrival we had to change rooms. In the second room the fridge was broken which had to be replaced. The safe was completely broken, which also had to be replaced. The bathroom was in utter filth and smelt of urine. The room also had ants, the aircon was leaking and the hotel housekeeping staff failed up restock the toilet paper, I called and asked them to bring up toilet paper 3 times and it still never got done. It was a good thing I had flushable wipes as back up. On the 3rd day there was a massive leak from the ceiling from broken plumbing. We had to fight for 3 hours to get a refund to find a new hotel. We got our refund and checked out and went to a new hotel!

対応が非常に悪いホテルです。予約サイトからと直接ホテルに問い合わせ交渉しているのに、たらい回しにされます。まだ新しいホテルなんでしょうか？余りにも適当なやっつけ仕事ぶりは、インドネシアあるあるなんでしょうけれど、非常に不愉快な思いをしました。結局、お金だけ取られて宿泊できませんでした。責任者は、居留守を使って逃げます、宿泊するなら心して挑んでください。

Nice hotel would be good for family with children. Was quite disappointed that there was an extra charge for karaoke facilities and the power only works when you are in the room and the key is in the doorSo you cannot charge your phone or keep anything cool in the fridge as when you leave and take the key to power turns off

Very good hotel but not well maintenance.

I booking junior suite request music room thats I see on picture so nice for me, but when I check in thats room sold out and upgrade me to the next level. How lucky Am I..!! When I entered this room so nice i love it this theme. But when see it more.... unfortunately this room is a lots of defect. So sad... they not maintenance well their property. Actualy this hotel very nice and good for stay if they good on maintenance. I got warm welcome from reception.

隔音很差 早餐還可以

第一次入住這間飯店,但門鎖竟然壞了，換了另一間房，有很大聲的腳歩聲，流水聲，兒童嬉鬧的聲音，連窗戶都壞了！ 工作人員很友善，但住宿經驗實在很不好！

現代風な建物

深夜ホテルに到着しましたが、（なぜ？）ドアが故障しており、閉まりませんでした。また、シャワーの排水がうまく出来ず、溜まったままなど、設備に対してはあまり良い評価はできません。しかし、スタッフがすぐに対応してくれた点に関してはとてもありがたく思いました。

Loved every bit of it!!

Friendly staff, great room , brilliant Coffs with breakfast. Might be a challenge for people with no transport as the location requires a ride to shops beach ETC. We had a bike and loved it Thank you Berry Glee

Cosy hotel but far from shops and eateries

Stayed four nights. Excellent service from hotel staff. Morning breakfast served at the hotel cafe can be better. Very limited choices. There also weren't eateries serving intercontinental food near the hotel.

Points positifs : service proposé complet (taxi,location de scooter, laudry, bar resto, piscine, animation, ordinateurs) Personnel competent, attentif, dynamique sympathique et arrangeant! Merci ;) Chambre au top Point negatif : scooter loué viellot (mais bon prix) donc convient pour faire de courte distance (5 km environ) problème :les freins ! Great and happy new hotel

Pretty new hotel with very young and colorful vibrant. Staffs and friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and basic amenities are well provided. Bed is awesomely super comfortable. The only downside is wall and doors are really thin, try to request for higher room floors else you will be disturbed badly by the kids in pool early morning. A little far to walk from town, bout 20mins. Take a Grab Car its rather cheap and convenient.
