「Super nice staff」

「The only upside of our stay at this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. Due to the setup of this hotel, I would not recommend it. There is a large atrium on the second floor with lots of couches. Many people sat and talked loudly at 10pm in this area that was right outside our room, and the voices echoed loudly since it’s a large atrium. 「Perfect place to stay in Cusco」

「Staff was very attentive to our needs and accommodating. Breakfast served in our room was delicious. Great location if you’re taking the train to Machu Picchu. The departure station to Machu Picchu was literally right outside the front door next to the hotel.」

「The room is clean and cosy. However, the ventilation is bad if the window is closed. Also, the noise from the other room was heard. Staff there are very nice, coca tea was provided at checkin and the room is available even before checkin time. There are only limited food choices for breakfast. However, packed breakfast is available if need to leave early.」

「The hotel in general is pretty well maintained. It does not have a lift, so you need to prepare to carry the luggage up to your room, yet the receptionist are able to help carrying the luggage if you ask for help. The location of the hotel is pretty well and it only takes 5 to 10 mins walk to get to the Square from the hotel. We found the hotel receptionists very helpful. My wife had her lips hurt when playing the sand boarding at Huacachina the day before getting to Cusco. The receptionist is...
