「Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below our expectations. **The biggest problem is definitely the food.** The food is generally tasteless, poorly cooked and lacks variety. Although the buffet may initially appear to offer plenty of options, there is actually very little worth eating. The entire kitchen operation seriously needs to be reviewed and improved. There were also numerous issues with service and attention to detail. Baked potatoes...

「Mixed stay overall. Food was excellent with great variety, and most staff were friendly and accommodating. Beach and it's facilities very good also. Sandy with loads of sunbeds. However, reception handled our bed issue poorly: our Expedia booking wasn’t clear about needing to request a double, and we felt dismissed and rushed when changing rooms. New room was good over all, aircon was effective but lacked basic touches such as separate shampoo, conditioner, and cosmetic kits. Facilities and...

「We stayed there for 5 nights and it was an excellent service from the moment we stepped in. They gave us a room upgrade and the the amenities were amazing. Can’t complain about anything at all. Live entertainment was very classy esp the Michael Jackson tribute. The food and drinks counter at the beach was also very good. I would recommend to anyone with a family looking to just enjoy and relax at the property.」
