1. 托普卡匹皇宮斯旺多飯店及渡假村 - 全包式

「Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s a huge, clean, and well-maintained resort. The food selection was extensive, the staff was extremely friendly, and the entertainment shows and kids' activities were well planned and kept everyone engaged. Unfortunately, our room experience held the stay back from being great. The mattresses felt quite worn out and overly soft, which made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Additionally, there is very little sound insulation between rooms—we...

「Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and fell well below our expectations. **The biggest problem is definitely the food.** The food is generally tasteless, poorly cooked and lacks variety. Although the buffet may initially appear to offer plenty of options, there is actually very little worth eating. The entire kitchen operation seriously needs to be reviewed and improved. There were also numerous issues with service and attention to detail. Baked potatoes...

「Elegant bit aging. The deadbolt lock on our room door didn't work, which resulted in the staff popping in unexpectedly, and the shampoo container fell off the shower wall on the first day of our stay. (The balcony curtain also came partially down, but that was my fault). The food was good, but basically the same thing every day. Wonderful staff. Shopping is close, but not within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and are already bragging about it to our friends.」

「A good hotel with a nice view of Meditterean Sea in the room, a clean beach and six swimming pools. Recommended to those who like swimming. The gym has many equipment, which is one of the best I have been to. The restaurants are surprisingly not expensive. We stay there for most of our meals. The check in and check out is smooth and the staff is helpful. Other staff from the restaurants may be slow sometimes, and they mix up one of our payment, but still acceptable in general. The pillow and...
