地點不錯，服務態度普通，住宿無提供牙刷，在訂房時沒有特別留意到，應該在住宿資訊裡特別註明沒提供牙刷牙膏，以便客人早作準備，因為現在很少遇到無提供牙刷牙膏的飯店。

在那一區， 算係比較好的酒店， 如果一定要選擇這一區的話， 算不錯， 食野方便， 交通方便。
冷氣不能控制， 特別在早上會比較凍。 早餐可以不食， 到出便街市食好過，去懷舊下香港的街市風味。 附近有好多修路工程， 出街要小心地面。 去阿羅街約15分鐘，算方便。

在唐人街傍，行街，吃飯超方便，行出去茨廠街街口就有吉隆坡市區免費車任搭，去機場又方便，去雲頂又方便，酒店唔錯

amazing stay
stayed at 5E for 2 days. It's amazing! very nice receptionist, delicious breakfast in Chinaz (the fish ball is excellent), convenient location, clean and quiet room. All it's great! Supplying slipper is perfect.

Overall, the experience is good. The room is clean, the service is average, the neighbourhood and surroundings are amazing. Transportation is easily accessed, such as KRT. Hop on Hop off bus stop is right at the entrance! However, you have to prepare your personal hygiene gears, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, as they only provide minimal necessities, such as one long and one short towel, soap, shampoo and body wash.

位置鄰近中國城，交通方便，夜晚多夜宵選擇。房間大可以打開3個行李箱。房子清潔普通，桌上有頭髮剩餘，毛巾有污漬，地毯都不整潔。沖涼水力還可，但恆溫控制不好，經常一時熱水一時冷水，難令人適應。酒店包早餐於一樓咖啡室，種類不附，味道正常。正體對比同區酒店都算價廉物美，可一作考慮。

Only recommend to low budget travelers. No toothpaste/ toothbrush/ slipper are provided. There were stains on the towels. We felt so itchy but we were not sure was it beg bug or allergic. The most horrible thing was...... we saw dead and alive small cockroach....

下樓即是茨廠街，文化藝術中心，5號單軌捷運均步行約5∼7分鐘即可到達，浴室熱水夠熱，水量充沛，老闆很好會說中文，待客熱忱。

房間空間大，地理位置優越，但酒店已經有相當的歷史，房間有點殘舊，如果可以翻新一下，勝價比更高，還有早餐buffet選擇少，只有數款，而且天天一樣欠缺新意，需要改善較為理想！

Good price
The hotel is very close to Petailing Street, centre of China Town. Convenient for catering, night market, shopping, buying souvenir. Though the hotel is a bit old style, the room is comfort and the price (including breakfast) is very worth to stay! It also has a coach company in the hotel, mini van to Malacca start from and return to the hotel, thats one of the reason I choose 5 Elements.

吹風機先搶先贏!!!
非常不能接受每間房間沒有放吹風機，要去櫃枱借就算了，出去一整天晚上回來，洗好澡才發現沒有，打電話去櫃枱問說沒有了，被房客借光了，沒辦法就急著要掛電話。為何要讓房客不方便？長髮沒吹頭髮根本無法睡，下去櫃枱要他們想解決方案，就只會說沒辦法，後來我一直不走，某個飯店人員只好拿出他自己的吹風機借我。 住過幾個國家的HOTEL，從來沒遇過此狀況，為何check-in的時候不先講？還說有寫中文在櫃枱桌面上，為何我不先看？難不成房客在check-in時要將櫃枱裡裡外外檢查一次？看有沒有遺漏的？這是服務業應有的態度？櫃枱人員難道不該先提醒這基本的服務或設備不完整？真好意思說！再也不會去住，也絶不推薦！

Pro: good location in Chinatown (only if you are interested in the Chinatown in KL). //// Cons: (1) miserable wifi. very poor connection EITHER with every single modem in every single level inside the hotel building, OR with the internet service outside the hotel (but my cellphone gets good connection once outside the hotel building) (1-plus) the internet connection is even poor at the reception desk -- yes the receptionist' computer could not get online well too. (2) Furniture noticeably too old. (3) the light does not work in the shower room. ///// WILL NOT COME TO STAY AGAIN, willing to pay more to live in a more comfortable hotel
