酒店房間望雙子塔景,離單軌秋杰站行5分鐘就到酒店,酒店附近還有紅色線免費巴士到中央車站,行經獨立廣場,非常方便。酒店樓下就是街市,有多種水果,價錢便宜,還有榴槤店面,住了6日,食了3次貓山王,由酒店行路去雙子塔約15-20分鐘,行經夜市,有街頭美食,行去sogo都方便,我對住hilton garden inn north湖意,有機會一定會再入住。

Reasonable Stay
The aircon and shower is good. But the carpets have many stains & running old. The location is near Chow Kit Station by walk in less than 10 minutes. Hilton Garden Inn South is just next door. The area have many Indian stalls and shops. Not suggested to walk singly at night. A market is nearby and many fruits available. A convenience store is very close and 7-11 is opposite to the hotel. The room rate is within budget but should be 3-stars only. Breakfast is available by adding around MYR32 for two. Selection is not much but price reasonable.

這次訂了兩間, 已經是半年前預訂, 但飯店卻沒有幫我們訂為conneting room, 而是不同樓層. 房間很大, 但有一間燈光昏暗. 另外, 衛生紙少的可憐, 還發現房間打掃人員居然留在抹布在桌子上, 再來是有一間房間沒有吹風機. 早餐多樣, 但冷氣温度開的很高, 有點熱. 整體而言會讓我不會再入住.

酒店整潔度滿意! 交通距離Chow Kit 有點遠,但都是很方便,出酒店靠左過班線。再靠右直行5~7分鐘就到了! 過馬路要小心,綠公仔時會有電單車不讓行人,會照開車駛過! 酒店離Chow Kit 市場夜市只要2~3分鐘路程,晚上10點很多買榴槤檔 和生果還營業!

飯店位在吉隆坡的chow kit 搭單軌電車可以到達步行約3-5分鐘,飯店wifi非常快速穩定,床鋪軟硬適中,枕頭部分都偏軟,飯店價格便宜,廁所備品只有洗髮精、沐浴精及毛巾,其他的牙刷、浴帽等都沒有提供喔~附近沒有什麼超商,但是有市場,若要住飯店要便宜可以考慮這間喔

However, you can still purchase these amenities at our Pavilion Pantry. Overall it's acceptable considering its price point. However, the sound-proofing situation isn't that ideal. I could hear trucks driving past in the middle or the night, or be woken up by kids outside in the corridor early in the morning, so my quality of sleep was pretty bad throughout the whole stay. On the other hand, I do appreciate the 24-hours fitness centre; although there's not a lot of equipments but at least it's there which is convenient during travels.

The satffs are nice especially the security guy who was on duty when I checked in the hotel. He was friendly and helpful (sorry I forgot to have hias name). The swimming is located on the roof top with a nice night view. It also is clean and had good maintance that I had a relaxing afternoon there. However, I am not very satisfied that no toothbrush was provided and no one refilled the toilet roll after claening up the room.

櫃台給了一間可以看到雙塔的景觀房非常好!每天打掃的房務員也很盡責的整理房間。只是離飯店最近的大眾運輸是monorail需要轉乘才會到各個景點,還可以接受。

交通地點很不錯 雖然離武吉免登和中央車站都有點距離 但好處是相對這兩個超級壅塞地區 計程車比較願意載客 距離三條捷運或鐵路也都在步行可接受的的範圍 門口更是觀光巴士的站點! 唯一美中不足的是,這次入住四晚,只請客房清潔一次,但稍嫌馬虎,備品沒有補足(特別是衛生紙),讓人有點遺憾

The hotel is terrible. Many flies in the lobby and breakfast . There have a wet-market behind hotel and the parking is face to the wet-market. Is very dirty and bad smell.

HILTONというブランドだから当然かもしれないけれど、朝食は美味しいと思いました。通常、ビュッフェの場合には毎日似たようなものが置いてありますが、ライスやパン等以外の料理については毎日違う料理が提供されていました。このホテルを利用する魅力の一つだと思います。

This hotel location is close to MRT transit, market shopping and restaurants. We absolutely felt safe around the area.

Spacious room. Lovely view of the Petronas Towers. Short walk to the train station. Our room did have a very stained carpet but overall, we had a nice stay. Thank you to Abdullah the housekeeper who surprised us with towel swans for our anniversary. That was a sweet gesture :)
