清潔服務都有到位，只是等待時間都比較久，外出前叫補東西或清潔回來之前就完成，額外收費跟早餐費當下已結清退房日又被清算一次 電腦應該當下結清就要有紀錄才是，還得在退房時候浪費時間

總體來說是不錯，就是附近沒熱鬧區，還要叫車前去，家庭房睡到半夜空調失靈不冷，半夜前臺對此事處理欠妥善

早上四㸃竟然沒有熱水沖凉，客房內的電話機是壞的，打不出去，要走落前台問點解沒有熱水。床單被鋪有污糟野。

It's a great choice for the price. Breakfast is not included but RM23.30 per person for a buffet breakfast is certainly a good deal

酒店职员态度良好，包括接送我们去旅游点的酒店司机。酒店每日有4班次免费载住客去金河广场，KLCC 等地方。靠近Time Square.

Few minutes walk from Imbi, but difficult to find the way from the station. Staffs are friendly. The gym and swimming pool are great. Not much to eat near the hotel. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

交通算方便的，早餐也可以的，可惜早歺時人多了，酒店的冷氣是中央調控的，可能損壞了好像不能調教啊！酒店員工態度好有禮貌.酒店背後就是旅遊點，懂路的很方便，前面就是成衣中心,買成衣很便宜,附近還有很多華人食市，找東西吃很方便。可惜附近沒有遮雨的，下大雨時回酒店就比較困難。酒店的冷氣是中央調控的保養調教不到的

雖然他們將我們的房間升級到商務客房，但浴室花灑水龍頭鬆了水花四濺，浴室門鬆鬆的沒有維修，那裡像四星酒店呢？

酒店陳舊，職員態度很差，早餐不好食，地理位置不佳。
酒店陳舊，房間燈光很暗，淋浴的水時冷時熱。隔音很差，冷靜很凍，較低了也沒反應，最後只好關掉。 職員態度很差，原本訂了King bed room，但因為客滿只安排了twin bed room, 職員本來說第二日會將新的房卡放於房內，但沒有。後來我們要求換房，職員卻怪責我們沒有提出要求，態度很差，好像我們做錯一樣。 早餐十分不好吃，提前一日預訂需付20rm, 當天吃要25rm, 選擇種類少。唯一好處是設有素食區。 地理位置不佳，看地圖似很近地鐵站，但要經過很多小巷，晚上走路感覺十分不安全，距離鬧市也有一段距離，如要到夜市食黃阿華雞翼要經過高速公路，打車會比較好。 酒店對面有潮州粥店營業至凌晨，自選小菜很好吃。另外酒店對面便利店旁有間按摩店超捧，happy hour 時間光顧十分便宜。

地點不錯，但隔音不太好。 周邊很多建築都還在蓋，感覺有點亂。裝潢有點老舊。整體而言價格合理，如有優惠可以推薦。

吉隆坡Imbi區性價比高的酒店—富麗華
位於Imbi站附近，但需要穿過Time Square及一排小屋才能到達。初次找是會有點困難，但認識了路線後，算是方便。房間佈置帶點舊，但仍算整潔。Check In 時有些小插曲，因預訂了大床房但只得雙床房，前台的Alex很盡力協助，最終都能取得一個大床房。這個酒店的員工也很給力！

酒店房間十分舒服，加20RM可享自助早餐，食物還可以，前台服務員有禮貌，只是酒店走出單軌鐵路要過馬路但沒有交通燈有點不便，整體很滿意，性價比高

如果不是配合預算有限的同業工廠人員ㄧ起出差，不然不會選擇這家酒店入住，裝潢舊，服務員動作慢，行政樓層的餐點也普通

酒店離車站和時代廣場不遠,附近有食店,宵夜很方便,對面有一間泰式按摩,手勢不錯,酒店的職員很友善和有禮貌,房間舒適,早餐不錯,入住二晚價錢不貴,有這樣的質素,很值得推薦,下次也會再入住這間酒店.

Our room is splendid. Love the Huge wardrobe. The room is clean. The view from our room is marvelous. My children get to see the twin towers and KL tower. We hope to stay with furama in the future. Thank You for making our holiday splendid.

員工服務一流！當天我訂的高級一張大床房間比較緊張，前台接待就主動幚我提升到套房！早餐是豐富的國際口味自助餐，也只是20馬幣一位，折合港元是38！超值！

酒店附近有很多便利店及24小時食肆. 另近Time Square及地鐵. 行街出入也頗方便. 酒店房間設施較舊,今次入住的家庭房十分大.兩個獨立房間及浴室,還有獨立客廳. 超舒適. 只是泳池偏細.但尚算可以. 早餐種類不多,多數是辣的.

酒店硬件設施不錯, 入住的是行政套間, 酒店的職員都很有禮貌, 服務很週到, 住酒店的幾天感覺很舒適 最喜歡每天晚上6-8pm 的cocktail時間, 看著雙子塔聊天吃東西, 很寫意
