"We stayed here for 3 nights with our children aged 6&3. It’s a nice hotel, within walking distance to the bustling KLCC. The hotel provides a buggy service too if you prefer not to walk. The room was clean and towels were freshened daily. I was just a little disappointed with the lack of child friendly amenities, especially since Traders is a Shangrila property. We were given a cot as requested but there were no children soaps or toothbrushes. The handwash and other soaps were placed so high it was hard for them to reach during bathe time. Breakfast on a Sunday morning was alright with enough options to satisfy everyone,"

"On first impressions the hotel looks stunning and modern, but on closer inspection in my room the hotel seemed older than it actually was. The main issues I had were the wifi not working and the aircon being an older model that look longer to cool the room. The wifi issues got fixed although the carpet in the room and hotel has seen better days, but other than than that I had a lovely stay at the hotel"

I can say without hesitation that David is, by a significant margin, the most professional, knowledgeable and exceptional hotel manager I have ever met. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, professionalism and ability to anticipate guests’ needs are extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until our departure, David personally ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. Whenever we needed assistance, he responded immediately and handled everything with remarkable efficiency and care. He has the rare ability to make guests feel genuinely valued rather than simply looked after. David represents hospitality at its absolute finest and is an enormous asset to EQ. People like him are the reason guests remember a hotel long after leaving. Thank you David and the entire EQ team for an unforgettable stay. We would return without hesitation. Absolutely five stars."
