Very nice location in terms of reaching the train station and the old town attractions. The service is incredibly nice. The building is old in a good way, and the facility is well-maintained. Overall it is a very present experience.

地點近車站及老城，但屋齢老舊地板走路有聲，晚上清晨時會受到街上車子干擾。整體而言瑕不掩瑜，cp值不錯

A perfect hotel
If I could, I would give the hotel 100 scores! The staff is very professional ,kind and helpful, especially the Manager Mr. Krzysztof Gembara! He gave us a lot of help! The hotel location is great and car parking area is very safe. The room is very clean, comfortable and quiet. If we have the chance to visit Krakow again, we will be sure to choose this hotel again!

the hotel was affected by the electricity supply! We have to wait 1 hour for the check in at night! the next morning , the electricity supply was still not stable! The breakfast is just so so! Not many varieties!

Great hotel! Less than 5 minute walk to the train station, beautiful hotel with garden area to sit and enjoy. About a 10 minute walk to the square, tram stop right outside, restaurants right in the area. Original architecture and old world feel, will definitely stay again! Great staff, helpful, polite!

Mye for penger. Bra hotel.
Helt ok hotel nær både gamlebyen og jernbane. Vi hadde stor og fin rom.. Veldig praktisk med kjøleskap. Fin frokost og meget bra med utsjekk kl 12. Vi likte alt og kommer gjerne tilbake

Magnifique mais trop bryant côté Tram !
Hotel très cosy magnifique décoration d'epoque, acceuil et amabilité. Seul point negatif les chambres côté Tram et rail de train beaucoups trop bruyant pour ppuvoir bien dormir.

It was perfectly located: very close to the train station, the historical center, the post office, the largest indoor mall I've ever seen with four huge stories of everything you might need, including services (sim cards, hair salons, upscale stores, bargain outlets, etc, etc). The staff are multi-lingual and very helpful. A huge breakfast assortment with cheeses, meats, fruits, vegetables, etc , which is included in the price.

Good sized rooms and very comfortable. Great bathroom, one of the best we've seen in Poland, despite the hotel's age. The room was super quiet. We really enjoyed staying here.
