「I stayed at two hotels in Aruba this time, and I really like the service and environment of this hotel. The staff are very friendly and I love it. 「Great property all in all. Many choices for food . Great location. Service was great. But tower 7 north side sucks. The venue next door blast bass music from 9pm sharp till 12 or 2 am. Hard to sleep. And just unpleasant. Other then that was good place to stay」

「I booked the pool view room, and they gave me a room that wasn't the pool view without telling me. Then I went to the front desk to change room, it took them about half hour to change room for me. But the air conditioner in the new room was so noisy that I couldn’t open it. The hygiene of the room was very poor, and there were some yellow stains on the towels and quilt」

The only things that need to be worked on is the dining situation in the evenings - if you are not at the specialty restaurants by 6:00 p.m, you have a hard time, if at all, getting in once it is full. Also, the covered beach areas (palapas) are taken once the attendant is there at 6:00 a.m. We had a hard time finding a spot on the beach by 7:00 a.m. and most people don’t want to be up that early just to secure a spot. 「We loved our stay at the Radisson Blu. It was perfect for a girls trip and I have to shoutout Santos who was so helpful and accommodating. The one drawback we found was that there was no late night food options and all the restaurants around the area are closed past 11. Other than that, the rooms were perfect, the infinity pool was lovely and we would recommend staying with big groups.」
