Best option in Kotohira

Very comfy rooms with good beds and bathrooms. Staff was super helpful and responsive. All signage is both in English and Japanese. Separated baths on the eighth floor. Couple of decent restaurants close by and a supermarket and massage parlor across the street.

The hotel has a nice onsen on its top floor. Very convenient and the breakfast is also nice. The front desk staff are extremely friendly. I came early to leave my bag first, then leave my bag at the front desk after checked out. They are very accommodative.

Comfortable stay in Kotohira

We just had one night here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even though we couldn't speak Japanese and they couldn't speak much English. The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Within walking distance were a great coin laundry, a cafe and an excellent restaurant (Yakiniku Tanaka) as well as a shopping centre across the road.
