Great breakfast, comfortable room.

The inn was comfortable and convenient. I ready access to the subway and if wasn't hard for me to get out to the mountains for a fantastic run. Delicious ramen is nextdoor. It is immediately adjacent the the red light district so if that bothers you it may be an issue, but the neighborhood seemed safe and clean. Breakfast was fantastic, and the #1 reason I'd recommend it.

I am a Toyoko Inn member and stay often in their hotels but this is not as good as others. Service is always very good.

禁煙室がなかったので、喫煙可の部屋にしたのが失敗だった。部屋に入った途端に、ものすごいタバコ臭。部屋中にリセッシュを振り撒き、鼻も慣れてきた頃、エアコンを付けたら、また強烈なタバコが吹き出してきて参った。バスタオルにまでタバコの臭いがついていたので、これはしばらく使われていなかった（換気されていなかった）のかと推測する。喫煙可の部屋と覚悟していたけど、ひどい臭いだった。

清掃についてはエコ清掃でタオル類の交換だけだったため、特に書ける内容がないのですが、少なくとも清潔だったと思います。無料の朝食が、無料にしてはバリエーションも質も素晴らしいものでした。今後も系列ホテルを利用したいと思っています。
