"We were told the rooms are all smoking room. The cigarette smell was strong in our room so that was something we don’t really appreciate. The onsen facility was ok. The best was the one shared with the hotel next door."

"The accomodations and bathing area are a bit worn, but this is reflected with the price. The service is exceptional however, and I really enjoyed the onsen. Onsen is tattoo friendly which I needed. There is a smoking area within the building. It was a nice, traditional experience; the breakfast was particularly interesting. "

The plan I booked came with breakfast, and the meal was so satisfying! If I were to visit Arima Onsen again in the future, I will definitely be choosing this hotel! "
