I had a great stay! The location is perfect—just a short, easy walk from Kobe Sannomiya Station, with another train station right across the street for easy access to Osaka. The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. Everything was convenient and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kobe or planning day trips to nearby cities!

The room I had originally had an awful smell. The staff was nice enough to switch me to another room. The another room also had the smell but it was manageable. Location is convenient with lots of shops and restaurants around.

My second time at the hotel in the past year. Nice public bath on the top floor. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Chinatown is a ten minute walk away. Airport bus at sannomiya station, also a ten minute walk.

This was a great centralized location for our trip to Kobe. Easy to find and walkable from all directions. The hotel itself had many options including public onsen, laundry, and breakfast which was nice. Staff was helpful in storing our luggage on the last day which allowed us to explore more. The room itself was small, and the bathrooms felt like we were on a cruise. Small and cramped, but had what you needed. We didn’t stay very long in our rooms due to the size but it was manageable for the two days we were there. Overall nice experience

Front desk folks professional and are knowledgeable to customer needs. So nice I stayed a second night. Lots of shopping and food close by. Got lost finding the hotel, took JR and got off at Kobe station. You need to get off at Motomachi or Sannomiya station.
