Location is actually great and everything is on walkable distance. However it is far from central location. Unfortunately, our AC wasn’t working well and couldn’t sleep. They brought us fan. No AC in Japan around this time makes everything so difficult.

ビジネスで短期間滞在でしたが客室の清掃が素晴らしく良かったです。チェックインとチェックアウトが端末化してスムーズにカウンター省略出来るようにシステマチックになっていた。ただし、画面上のサイン入力が位置ズレを起こし、沢山書き直す必要があった為、改善していただきたい。

急な延泊をお願いしたとき、Expediaでは満室になっていたが、喫煙ルームなら何とか可能と対応してもらったときは大変助かった。喫煙ルームは煙草のにおいはしたが、耐えられないというほどでもなかった。

ショッピングモールが近いので、飲食店が多く、食べるところに困らなかったです。最寄駅がすぐなので便利で、周りが住宅街もあり、治安は良かったです。スタッフの方の対応も良く、お部屋は広めで清潔感があって良かったです。夜はホテル周辺をライトアップしていて綺麗でした。総合運動公園のスタジアム観戦が目的で宿泊した施設ですが、また行きたいと思ってます。ありがとうございました。
