It is very old. Bathroom tile has been cracking and mold. I did not check when i booked a room as a smoking room so it had a very bad smell and could not sleep good because of the smell of smells. all my clothes smell like tabaco. I can not believe still people needs smoking room. No one smoke inside anymore in USA.

宿泊費が安かったとはいえ、洗面所の洗面スペースは割れてテープ留めしてある始末。最低限の機能は果たしている(水漏れ等は無かったレベル)とはいえ、気分は良くなかった。部屋のトイレもウォシュレットが壊れていて全く使えなかった。部屋の照明も暗く、仕事から戻ると寝るしかなかった。予算に余裕があり、快適さを求めるならおススメはしません。環境的には近くには安くて美味しい町中華が多く、外食には困りません。新開地駅も至近で交通の便は最高でした。

研修の中日で利用しました。夜遅くにチェックインとなりましたがフロントの方の対応が丁寧でありがたかったです。 部屋は1人で泊まったので丁度良く机もありました。バストイレ一緒でしたが洗面台など清潔感がありアメニティも一通り揃えてありました。 寝るだけの利用だったので、値段的にもちょうど良い感じでした。 お世話になりました！

ユニットバスが特に汚かった。 バスタブの周りにはカビが繁殖していて、 手すりにはヒビが入っておりそれを補うためか、バンドエイドのようなものが巻かれていた。 トイレの便器とタンクの間の隙間にはおびただしい量の髪の毛が落ちていた。数ヶ月どころか、年単位できちんと清掃していないのでは無いかと思うほどだった。部屋にも前の宿泊者のものと思われるヘアピンが落ちていたし、清潔さが無いと強く感じた。

とにかく

電車の3路線から近く立地は良かったですが、洗面やシャワーカーテンなどがカビだらけなだけでなく、エアコンも中の埃が見えるほどに汚れており、エアコンをかけることでカビや埃が舞って病気になるのではと思えるほど、不衛生な部屋でした。

高層階のツインルームでしたが、部屋が非常に汚い。 トイレの便器の中は赤茶色く汚れている。 ソファーの脇はほこり、ゴミが落ちている。 バスは黒カビも目立ちました。 前回泊まった部屋もですが、清掃のレベルが低いと感じました。

壊れている　便座の蓋 無いもの　　シャワーのひっかけ上部側 　　　　　　冷蔵庫のグラス 　　　　　　（使用しないので言わなかった） 後で分かったが連泊の部屋掃除、タオル替えは何も言わなかってもするのが当たり前と思っていた。　逆に部屋に入って欲しくない時はその旨伝えるカードをドアに出せば良いのでは無いだろうか。 他のホテルでは、そうしていたのでここもそうだと思っていて、少し不愉快になった。 朝にホテルに着いて荷物を預かってもらおうと呼び鈴を探したが見当たらなかった。 巡回中ですと携帯の番号のメモがあったが、車に置いていたので他のお客さんに連絡お願いしたら、スタッフがすぐ出て来たので裏にいたらベル置いといてと思った 後の対応は親切だった。
