"Amazing hotel Only been open a couple of weeks Check in very quick, helpful and pleasant Room was beautiful , clean and spacious looking out over the sand and sea, ( shame about the weather but that’s not their fault.) Dinner in evening (3 course set meal) was a little expensive but well worth It . It was delicious . Came with stunning views out to sea. Breakfast was also a delight with plenty of choice. Plenty of areas to chill out in comfort too if weather bad. Staff very helpful when asked questions about area and routes we were taking. Very well earned 10 out of 10. Keep it up guys and congratulations on new hotel you’ve earned it"

"A very lovely and quiet place not far outside of Selfoss. It was a good stay for a night. Everything was clean and we had all the amenities we needed. Staff were very nice and the check in and out process was super easy. I appreciate the water/tea/coffee area in the dining room a lot!! The room arrangement we had was kinda cramped so we did some rearranging with the furniture and was able to create a lot more space. The bathroom was overall nice, though I found the small sink a little inconvenient. The room also became more stuffy as the night went on so we had to open the windows which really helped. Unfortunately we arrived on a day where we didn’t get to see the northern lights (it did happen the night before) but the starry night sky was still very beautiful to see. A perfect place to go star gazing due to the lack of light in the countryside."

"The beds in this hotel were as hard as rocks. It was the most uncomfortable sleep we had in our life, I mean we couldn't sleep at all. Also the rooms are small and suffocating, with no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Basically worst experience in a hotel in Iceland."

"Extremely clean and friendly. The hot tubs were perfect and the breakfast buffet even allowed for a little to go lunch. My only suggestion would be to add coffee makers in the room."

"This place was amazing! I would stay again for sure. The staff are very thoughtful and kind. I loved the kitchen. I didn't have to buy salt, pepper, and oil. Basic kitchen items are all there, and ready to cook. "
