"This is the 2nd time we stayed at this Coast Hotel and it was fabulous. The check in host was very welcoming and we received a free upgrade as "the guest of the day" to the top floor with lounge access! The elevators up to the rooms are very fast and require you to scan your key card to go up, so there are no random people wandering the halls.The rooms are beautiful, modern and very clean. The free breakfast in the lounge was very good and upscale. The staff is in attendance waiting to help with anything and take plates when you're done. . The price was great also. Everything nearby like 5th Ave Theater, Pike Place Market, Westlake Center and wonderful bars and restaurants are withing a few blocks & very walkable. I love, love this hotel! I would absolutely recommend this hotel"

"Continental breakfast exceptional- make-your-own waffle with strawberries and whipped cream, 3 different choices of bread for toasting, packaged baked goods, oatmeal w/fixins, choice of juices, great HOT coffee, yogurt, packaged cheese, boiled egg, and ready made egg sandwiches. Room had all the ammenities needed for a very comfortable stay - keurig style coffee maker w/coffee and tea choices; iron and ironing board; mini frig, and safe for personal items; clean room w/comfortable bed and pillows; large bathroom with soft towels ample toiletries and a hair dryer. Staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Being there in November wasn't a problem with heat. Our room was kept comfortably warm by a combo air conditioner/heater when the temp dipped into the 40's at night. We had a very enjoyable stay and would stay there again."

"Loved the hotel. The staff were so kind, helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the control for the blackout curtain was bad. You had to press the button twice to get it to move 1 centimeter at a time. It literally took 20 minutes to close the curtain. "
