"Hotel Arena City in Leipzig is very conveniently located, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is not air conditioned, however, and we visited during a late summer heat wave. We had to leave the windows open, and the hotel is on a busy tram line, so it was quite noisy at night."

I stayed at this property with my wife and our two teens. Customer service was great.
