「Great location. Staff needs training on customer service. When checking in there were 3 people behind the counter and no one said anything to me as they were busy talking to each other. Had to wait until they were done gossiping before someone actually spoke to me and asked if I was checking in. This is horrible!!! If they don't like working there they need to quit.」
