「Brilliant. The reception girl is so nice! Very hot welcoming. She’s so lovely, with room upgrade.」

「職員服務態度好，房間冷氣不夠，沖涼水壓不足去水淤塞，茶杯有污跡。」

「環境整潔齊全 只有樓下酒吧在夜晚時比較嘈吵」

「This apartment was very clean and new. It’s one of my nicest stay in UK. The only drawback was the hot water heater being tripped. Good thing was the management had warned me through email and told me how to recover. I highly recommend it. 」

「Had a lovely stay in Liverpool! Very welcoming, and gave some great tips on where to see! Would highly recommend 😊」

「.」

「位置方便，途步可達不同景點，附近商場食店林立。」

「Unprofessional staff. Don't book anything from HappyDays people. They will make you crazy. Prior to visit, rhey won't answer email questions or phone calls. Won't supply door passcode & parking data until day of visit..And You need to supply them wirh a CC# for security deposit. No parking voucher given, so they promised to reimburse us on our parking... called & emailed 4 times, and still waiting on credit. Staff acts clueless and gives no reassurance that things will be taken care of....

「Could use new carpet or better yet hardwood or manufactured flooring, the place itself remind me of apartments in nyc, tall ceilings and windows, no AC, had to open windows to cool but it did cool the place well in October, I’m just not a carpet person when it comes to rental property. The place itself was relatively clean.」

「I stayed here for 3 days on a business trip recently. The place is fine but was not clean - there was hair in the bathroom, the floor was dusty/dirty and there was food in the kitchen from a previous stay. The internet was also very intermittent so I couldn’t watch tv one evening which was annoying. For the price there are better places.」

「Communication is good, The place is clean and close to all beautiful places to see in Bath. but no lift.」

「I hv booked the hotel and received confirmation., however when we arrive, they said they did not hv my booking and the hotel is full and we cannot check in」

「環境清潔 有電陶爐及微波爐可以作簡單煮食 最高三層，需步上樓梯。」
