very near to city centre. Didn't like: poor communication by the host. If you are booking as last minute, better to avoid as the check in is complicated. Instruction given via email not correct as i had issue with the wifi connection. Need to call multiple time and sometime will not answer the call. Found the water inside the kettle left over by previous tenant. The kettle not cleaned.

Lovely appartment, excellent communication. Close to the centre of liverpool.
This hotel must be managed by some of the worst staff I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They forgot to email the codes we needed to access the hotel, and when I called to ask, I got bounced around and told to call at least 4 different numbers by 5 different people. One number I was told to call was for an employee who wasn't even working at the time. Another person insisted they'd sent out the information and thus couldn't resend it to though I looked in every email box AND checked Hotels.com for messages! I was bounced around so much that I was starting to suspect they were scammers.
They didn't provide extra toilet paper (what hotel doesn't do that) or bath soap though they don't service the rooms daily. So when our partially full roll inevitably ran out and I called for more, no one came though they said someone would be there immediately. I called 3 times and they had the nerve say I could just go buy some from a local store. What the hell! Thankfully I thought to knock when I heard a vacuum cleaner running in the room above ours and finally got supplies.
Thankfully the property itself was nice, though there are horribly bright lights that cast directly into the ground level rooms and make it difficult to sleep. Further the interior needs some TLC as there were exposed wiring in the hall ceiling which also had damaged and missing tiling.
