「Stayed here for business and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Great location in the middle of the village, on site free parking. Nice welcome and taken to my room. Lovely clean room I would say recently refurbished and good facilities. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, wardrobe and storage space. A safe if you need it, a drink fridge and good team and coffee making facilities. Two slight improvements could be made. 1. Daily housekeeping would be nice. 2. 「We had a lovely stay at Woodlands Country House. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was a great base to explore the wonderful Lake District and surrounds. Daryl and Naomi are great hosts. Daryl's food is amazing. We shall miss his great breakfasts. We were very sad to leave Woodlands. Would definitely stay there again. 」
