"I booked a private room with one bunk bed (sleeps 2) for my friend and I to stay a little over a week. The room had all the amenities I could ask for, save perhaps a microwave. The shower was wonderful, the bed comfortable. It was a little tight on space to sprawl out our luggage while still maneuvering in the room, but by no means was it impossible to work around. I ended up extending my stay twice because I was so happy with the hotel experience - we had originally planned on switching hotels halfway through the trip but this place was a wonderful combination of convenient, cost-effective, and comfortable. I needed little of the staff but whenever I did communicate with them they were courteous and had at minimum passable English. "

"This is a really nice hotel. The staff were super polite and courteous. The room was neat and clean. The buffet was excellent and delicious. The surrounding area is really quiet and out of the way from tourists. The hotel is right next to a Tokyo city air terminal, which is the bus limousine service from the airport, so that convenient. I would recommend this place to anyone. Would definitely consider coming back."

"It’s very clean hotel and room. Great service from all the staffs since we arrived until we checkout. It’s so convenient and quiet location. It closed to subway. The room is large for 4 os us and super clean. Staff speak very good English. It’s highly recommended and we will be back again in July. Love you all and love Tokyo so much"
