「Breakfast was among the best we’ve ever had. The staff paid attention to every detail. Eco friendly touches did not detract from comfort and convenience. Glenorchy was peaceful and quiet and a perfect antidote to ski days in Queenstown. One of my favorite spots was the covered outdoor fireplace savoring a hot chocolate or a whiskey on a freezing night. I live a long way from New Zealand, but hope to return at some point.」

「Exceptional. This hotel completely redefines what a five-star experience should be. It makes you rethink all the previous five-star review you've given simply because nothing went wrong. Hulbert house sets the standard, and few others deserve to be in the same category. Staff are always keen to help and would put in a lot of nice touches. Particularly love how they would put a couple bottles of water in the car as they pull the car out for you. Also the 5pm canapé/wine were nice (great sav...

「I was staying for 2 nights , the secobd night , There were some problems. 1:The light bulbs were flickering randomly in the living room, need to turn off and on for few times. 2 : I wanted to take a bath, but I wasn't sure if the blue bottle is for the bath.
