Horrible, horrible, horrible

It was the worst place to stay. Was supposed to be dig friendly but had to pay $25a night. Mgr gave me $5discount. Bed was hard, pullows awful, smelled so bad it was unbearable. Kids running tye hallsway until after midnight. Breakfast was very small and most was gone when i got there at a little past 7a. Had a dumpster put in front of my window, some guy was talking on his cellphone outside my window at 1130pm. Toilet would bit flush all the way, and there wA hair in the shower. I was supposed to stay until Saturday after getting there on Tuesday. I left early Thursday morning. Worst place. 7.4 is very generous.

The minute you entered the hotel the carpets smelled. The smell continued up into the room. It was moldy mildew smell. The walls were falling apart. Being held up by push pins. The pictures are not at all up to date. It is run down compared to the beautiful photos. The pool was closed for renovations. There was no notice provide on Expeida.

Avoid!

Place was gross. Lobby smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Carpet was worn. Our room had water damage. The worst was the little black hairs on our bathroom counter which meant the bathroom was not cleaned properly between guests

Initially they charged our credit card 4 times at noon the day we were to arrive. My husband called and the front desk person said they’d call back in 10 minutes. Never called. He was able to fix it when we checked in at the front desk but that set the tone for a bad visit. The front desk person said he gave us an upgrade with a jacuzzi in the room. Nope. The room was old, out dates and not clean. Hair in the shower. Gross.

This hotel was not clean. The rooms smelled like old cigarettes smoking. The key didn’t work most of the time, we had to go back and forth to the reception to have the key replaced. I would not recommend this hotel. The staff was very nice though.

Not worth the money. Unsafe in my opinion.

Not well maintained. Paint chipping in the bathroom. Small tub in room. Smelled like pot although smoking not allowed. Small refrigerator. Towels not replaced regularly nor the same amount of towels each time. Biggest complaint is the outside door that leads to the rooms, although they had the slot for the room keys to open it, was never locked or required a key. Anyone could just open it and roam the halls.

There was no heat in the room and the window was broken and wouldn’t set all the way and I paid a good amount of money for my stay and I’m not pleased with being cold during the night. And there was only an ac unit in the room, I would like a refund for the inconvenience

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great. The bathroom had sink faucet loose and falling apart. The tub alway filled with water when showering. The toilet seat was missing a bolt to keep it secure and in place. Some USB ports did not work. The staff was very nice and helpful.

No telephone in room, only one lamp in bedroom, no dining room for breakfast, continental breakfast consists of pickup items. We would not stay here in the future.

Camera con vista autostrada ed i rumori delle macchine si sentivano. Struttura datata sia nei corridoi che nelle camere. Non era presente nemmeno un sapone ma una piccola boccetta da versare sulle mani. Mai visto prima. Avevamo prenotato per 5 una camera con due letti qeen ed in divano letto, ma il divano letto non era preparato e non erano presenti nemmeno le lenzuola. Colazione pessima in una posizione improponibile. La colazione è servita nella piccola reception e per uscire nella veranda bisogna passare dal parcheggio. Incredibile. Esperienza da non ripetere

Pictures definitely do not match the actual condition. General disrepair around property, including leaking water through windows in a rainstorm. Coffee was really bad, even for hotel coffee. Carpeting in hallways visibly dirty. Funky smell in breakfast area.

This hotel was very disappointing. The place is run down. It started raining while we were there and the water was pouring into the hallway upstairs! The whole place had an odor and many things in our room were broken. We tried to lock our room door and the lock came off in my son’s hand. The pictures are misleading. Don’t be fooled. This place is run down and nasty. Don’t do it.

The staff was not friendly. The man who checked us in was not friendly. Breakfast was dry packaged food. A staff member was cleaning the tables while were seating. She continued to clean while the customers were eating breakfast. Why were the tables cleaned prior to breakfast time. I will not choose this hotel again. It was worth the price I paid for.
