We stayed at their sister property. While the breakfast buffet was just ok and the other food we ordered for dinner was not exactly the best, the property is well kept. The first room we received was an insult it was super tiny and we couldn’t move, you could hear the conversations of the next person in the other room, we were upgraded to another room the same night of check in as it was unbearable. The upgraded room was perfect. The staff was nice and courteous, the grounds are well kept and will definitely stay here again and again and again!

The property was clean and location was perfect. I stayed at the Pegasus and the night before my departure I was unable to unlock my safe. The engineer came and it took a bit of time to open the safe. After several attempts with different keys. They were able to open it by using a drill at 1:15 am. This prevented me from getting enough sleep as I had to be up at 4am. Needless to say all I got from the hotel was an apology from the front desk clerk. The hotel could really improve on their service recovery methods. Marie the housekeeper was great and Duane was excellent also. Most of the staff are friendly and very professional. I was impressed with the measures taken to ensure best practices for infection control.

Breakfast was disappointing and laced priority, AC failed to cool room ,water was on temperature which was (extremely hot) overall wasn't impressive

Lobby has a lots of seating area the only downside is I was over look at the breakfast area server apparently skip me 2 days in a row to serve a white person probably because I was Jamaican
