"Easy parking, first floor rooms have in room access to outside so good if you’re bringing a pet. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Had an issue with the room and they were more than happy to switch our room and even had the manager come speak to us personally and apologize. He brought us a bag of goodies. "

"I was booked at this property, and the day before my flight, the hotel called to inform me that I could not check in. They booked me into a lesser hotel for the same price. I was panicking and scrambling to find a hotel just before my flight to Ontario. They assured me that they would credit the amount back to me upon cancelling the booking. I had already paid; however, I still haven't received any refund. This has left me chasing down my credit for my Visa card. I am very dissatisfied with their solution to switch my accommodations on such short notice, as well as the refund that I have yet to receive."
